ENGLISH DIPLOMA CEREMONY DETAILS:
The English diploma ceremony will be held in Memorial Church on Sunday, June 18. Guests attending the diploma ceremony may enter Memorial Church starting around 12:00pm. If you are unable to use the front entrance please alert a staff member.
If you or any of your guests require special seating (such as wheelchair space) or other accommodations for our diploma ceremony, please contact vbeebe [at] stanford.edu (subject: English%20Honors) (Vivian Beebe Sana) as soon as possible so arrangements can be made in advance.
The ceremony is set to begin at 12:30pm and should conclude at 1:30pm. The department invites you to a casual reception with light refreshments after the ceremony in the arcades outside Buildings 60 and 70.

FOR STUDENTS:
If you are not graduating in June and would like to participate in the diploma ceremony, please complete a walkthrough form and return to the English Student Services Officer, vbeebe [at] stanford.edu (Vivian Beebe Sana), by Friday, June 2.
The English diploma ceremony will begin at 12:30pm. Prior to the ceremony, students will line up (alphabetically) outside the church to process in with the faculty. You should arrive no later than 12:00pm to ensure you can take part in the procession.
Your seats will be marked in the pews reserved for students. Please do not sit anywhere else other than the seat with your name on it. If you arrive late, please alert the staff member at the door so they can escort you to your seat.
