The Digital Humanities is a dynamic, multidisciplinary field that broadly combines humanistic and technological ways of knowing, learning, historicizing, and critically engaging a wide range of cultural artifacts from books to archives, videos to vlogs, maps to multiplayer games, pictures to pixels.  It examines how cultural and technological forms of knowledge intersect and overlap, and trains students in leveraging digital tools to re-examine the status and meaning of cultural objects across time.  We welcome students from all disciplines who want an innovative, highly flexible, and self-designed Minor that might complement, or entirely deviate from, their chosen Major.

At this event, you will meet the Director of the DH Minor, Dr. Alice Staveley, and some of the instructors who teach its Core courses. For more information, see https://dhminor.stanford.edu/.  Come to our information session and enjoy lunch and discussion about why the DH Minor might be just what you’re looking for!

Lunch will be provided! RSVP here!
