Alice Staveley named International Co-Investigator on the AHRC UK-US New Directions in Digital Scholarship for Cultural Institutions Grant

Alice Staveley has been named an International Co-Investigator on the AHRC UK-US New Directions in Digital Scholarship for Cultural Institutions Grant (2021-24) This grant will allow The Modernist Archives Publishing Project (MAPP) to expand its reach into archives at the New York Public Library, the Harry Ransom Center at the University of Texas, Austin, the Keep Archives at Sussex University, University of Reading Special Collections and Archives, and Manuscripts, Archives, and Special Collections at Washington State University Pullman. Research assistants at each institution will enlarge MAPP’s holdings beyond the Hogarth Press to include papers from Knopf, Chatto & Windus, and The Hours Press. Erica Cavanaugh, from the Center for Digital Editing, University of Virginia, will join the team to oversee the redesign of MAPP's interface.
