“Another Look” brings a witty, sorrowful, and beautiful classic of twentieth-century memoir to Stanford with J.R. Ackerley’s My Father and Myself.
The evening will be moderated by the English department’s Terry Castle, the acclaimed author of The Professor and Other Writings; she will be joined by Jeffrey Fraenkel and Adrian Daub. Fraenkel is the founder of San Francisco’s Fraenkel Gallery of photography. Daub is an associate professor of German Studies at Stanford.
